Exchange Policy for Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, you are eligible to request an exchange. Please follow the steps below:
- Unboxing Video – As soon as you receive the package, record an unboxing video clearly showing the damaged product.

- Return the Damaged Product – Once we approve the exchange request, you will need to courier the damaged product back to our physical store:

Once we dispatch the item, you’ll receive the replaced item by our trusted local courier company within 3 to 5 working days at no extra cost.
